Looe
East Looe which includes the fishing harbour, the main shopping centre, Museum and the best beach.
West Looe which is quieter, also has shops, restaurants and hotels and leads to Hannafore with its promenades and fine views of Looe Island. The town is joined together by a bridge across the river
Looe is the principal seaside town of south-east Cornwall
Looe harbour is the base for the fishing fleet and the town is also the headquarters of British shark-fishing.

There's no best time to visit the town as it tends to be popular ,but the pictures shown here were taken in the winter and if the weathers right for me thats the best.
